Bobbi and Evelyn were super helpful, stayed and waited for me to get off work multiple days in a row to help me and my family try to get situated, very clean quiet and nice area , never hesitated to help or figure out ways to try and make sure we get an apartment 10/10 recommended

Me and my family are going on one year here and we love it, the maintance is very polite, friendly and tries their best to get whatever work order needs to get done for our unit, they do have many units to care for but the service is never long, Bryan is the best always makes sure everything is working properly and always has a smile, they have been going through change but the office ladies are polite and tries their best to accommodate any concerns or complaints Evelyn and another lady have always been very helpful thank you to the staff at sunrise

The staff was very professional and inviting. Evelyn and Bobbi were very friendly. Bobbi ask me if I would like to take a tour. Very impressed with the property.

I am a tent here at sunriseâ¦ I am giving 5 starsâ¦ since I moved in I have had a good experience the office has answered all my questions has made sure I have all the resources I need to move around the apartment complex with no problems has been keeping the place clean I love living here thank you to all the office stafff

I don't recommend this apartment to no one. Horrible experience. No peace. Roaches and mice. People not cleaning up after there pets. Unsupervised children causing trouble & being rude. Gate always broken. I had a health concern with a tobacco smell entering my unit, it was NEVER resolved. After being there for 2 years, I needed to get out. The only good thing out of this place was being sheltered. That's it.

Horrible management. The management company is always changing which means policy changes constantly. We lived here for seven years and just kept to ourselves. Pool was hardly open, and when it was open theyâd find a reason to close it. Might as well put something else in its place like a community garden or basketball courts. Oh my goodness and admin!! High turnover. Itâs been two months since we left and we havenât received our security deposit yet. Itâs just a mess. Beware, easy to get in but the inconveniences are many.

If I could give no stars I would. Had trouble before I even moved in. I should have taken that as a sign and ran. They take ur money and demand more and more. Then they tell you that you make too much money and give you 60 days to leave all right before every major holiday. They completely ruined our thanksgiving, x mas and new year. Instead of celebrating and decorating we had to save pack and move all the while still paying them rent. Thanks guys. Hope your holiday is great!
