So far the touring experience with Bobbi was great, she and everyone looked and spoke very professional and well mannered, office looked way more professional than others, she gave us time to see the place and go into every room, explained where everything was located at, and answered all of our questions with a very polite and respectful attitude. The apartments themselves look very nice and spacious, and even some tenants were very polite on giving us directions to the office. 10/10 experience also low application fee of 40 dollars per person.

I really want to give a huge shout out to Bobbi for really caring and helping my family. Her support and understanding gives us room to communicate any questions or concerns and handle any misunderstandings professionally. A great person to have within any management team.

I had a great experience with the leasing process. Both Bobbie and Evelyn were extremely helpful throughout—professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They have great personalities and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. They were also very responsive, always quick to answer questions and provide updates, which made a big difference. Their support and clear communication made everything move efficiently, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, they made what can sometimes be a complicated process simple and pleasant.
