0 stars if I could, roaches mice and upstairs neighbor always so loud there was loud bangs outside every night do not recommend here I'm glad I left this place

Bobbi was is awesome! She helped us get all the ppwks in order helped us to get the ball rolling on our possible new home! 5 stars for sure , I went to look at the sunrise apartments and Bobbi helped me right away with the application, sheâs very helpful and patient, Iâm hoping I do get approved , I loved everything about this apartment and the people that work there ,very respectful!

I Just left from the office of the sunrise Apartments and the two lovely ladies were very helpful and patient and made sure that I had everything that I needed to get started with the process to leasing with the property. My experience was quick, easy and stress-free. Iâm just hoping that moving forward I get all good news to become a part of their small quiet community.

0 stars. The 2 women in the front office not sure of their names I forgot to get them while they were being SO rude. I had an appt the other day to view a unit and apparently I was scheduled on their lunch which was such an inconvenience to them but I didnât know that because I just went at the time the email told me to be there. Anyways, they wouldnât let me view a unit because I didnât have my id. Then as Iâm leaving and theyâre going on lunch the lady walks by and purposely BUMPS ME! Like walks out of her way to get closer than me so she can bump me and in front of my daughter like if weâre in high school or something mind you this lady is old as hell with grey hair and Iâm 29. I donât know if itâs because itâs low income they feel more entitled than the people who rent there but I had a terrible experience. And to answer your comment, respectfully I donât care what the cameras show you because I KNOW what I experienced and if you can read ALL of the reviews on the page, majority of them all same the same how the staff is rude and nasty and the ID is the least of my problems I could I understand that but pushing me is not okay and you can deny it all you want until your blue in the face that doesnât change what actually happened thank very much.
